Meet Miranda – Our Financial Brain at Tinx

At Tinx, we take pride in the team that drives our company forward, and one of those indispensable colleagues is Miranda. She has been with Tinx for a year and a half, taking on Finance and HR responsibilities. It’s time to get to know her a little better!

Who is Miranda?

Miranda lives in Ede with her family and always cycles to work. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of activities like swimming, float fit, cooking, and reading. She loves variety in her work, just as she does in her personal life, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family and going on vacations.

Her role at Tinx

Miranda serves as a financial administrative assistant at Tinx, but her responsibilities go far beyond that. In addition to financial administration, she also handles HR tasks. This variety makes her job even more interesting: “My days are never the same. I’m busy with HR tasks, VAT returns, year-end closings, and I also manage the mailbox. This diversity makes the work very interesting and enjoyable for me.”

Why Tinx?

After a long search for a new challenge, Miranda found the perfect position at Tinx through Indeed. What attracted her was the variety of tasks. “At my previous employer, my role became more and more limited, and my work became increasingly one-dimensional.” She wanted more diversity and was also interested in HR. “The variety at Tinx is exactly what I was looking for.”

Daily Work

Every workday for Miranda starts with checking and handling emails before diving into various tasks. Her expertise lies in financial administration, but she especially enjoys the human aspect of her job: “I love interacting with customers and colleagues. It energizes me to complete tasks and work together with a team of great people.”

Continuing to Grow

Miranda is ambitious and believes it’s important to keep developing herself. She is currently studying payroll administration to further expand her HR knowledge. “I want to keep growing, especially in HR, by taking courses and training,” she says.
