Tips for better support:

  • Make a clear description. Which steps did you do before the issue arise. Is this a known issue, also report this to us.
  • Add print-screens: share the complete page in Business Central.
  • Give details about which BC version and which type your using (BC Saas / On-Premise)
  • As a Dynamics 365 Business Central partner: In case you are submitting a problem for your customer, mention the name of your end-customer
  • Which e-commerce / pos / marketplace platform is connected with the Tinx Connector: WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware, Shopify, Amazon, ChannelEngine, MplusKASSA
